For fixed contribution over IP and legacy ATM/PDH/SDH networks, the Ellipse 1000 encoder provides a professional, high-quality solution. Compact and versatile, the Ellipse 1000 simultaneously encodes video feeds as MPEG-2 SD 4:2:0/4:2:2 and MPEG-4 AVC SD 4:2:0 and can be upgraded via firmware to MPEG-4 AVC HD as well. The Ellipse 1000 does not require external multiplexers or PSI generators, making it a cost-effective solution for migrating from MPEG-2 CBR to MPEG-4 AVC CBR encoding schemes.

Designed for digital satellite contribution applications, the Ellipse 2000 is a fully integrated MPEG-2 SD 4:2:2/4:2:0 and MPEG-4 AVC SD and HD 4:2:0 encoder/modulator, requiring just 1-RU of space. This rugged, professional broadcast quality encoder is ideal for teleports, satellite newsgathering vehicles and flyaway packages operating on the C-, Ku- or Ka-bands. Like the 1000, the Ellipse 2000 features integrated multiplexing, eliminating the need for external multiplexers and saving energy and space.

The ProView 7000 Integrated Receiver and Processing platform offers a robust and flexible solution for digital turnaround processing (DTA), descrambling and decoding operations. Featuring several front-ends and optional cards, the ProView 7000 offers a customized solution, with the option to upgrade to different functions should the future need arise.
