Video Processing

Harmonic provides a range of receiver / decoders to be able to provide complete end to end head-end systems for cable or IPTV operators. The line-up of receivers includes solutions for service providers taking their programming feeds from satellite links using DVB-S (QPSK) or DVB-S2 (8PSK). All major content protection schemes are supported including BISS and DVB-CI. A standalone CI descrambler is also available to provide a transport stream in the clear for retransmission or re-multiplexing after grooming and remapping.

Dense multi-channel IRDs with IP input are also available for edge decoding applications in a digital simulcast environment facilitating staged analog to digital migration.
